Who We Are

The Bertha Voyer Memorial Library is located at 500 N 6th. The BVML provides free services to all residents living within the Fannin, Lamar, and Delta counties with services available to all others for a fee.

The library system holds over 24,000 materials including over 23,000 books and 11,000 compact discs, cassette tapes and books on cassette.

In addition to these items, thousands of people entered the library to utilize print and electronic reference resources, access the Internet through the Library’s USERFUL computers, enjoy state-of-the-art Wi-fi service, participate in training and educational classes, view a Library exhibit, or attend one of the Library’s many events.

Our Mission

The mission of the Bertha Voyer Memorial Library is to provide the residents of Honey Grove and the surrounding areas with a means to improve their quality of life by building a collection that will meet the diverse needs of the population using it, within the limitations of budget, space, and availability of materials.
